Refund & Service Policy

Scope: Applies to all paid subscriptions.

1. Free vs Paid Services

• Basic account creation and browsing are free.
• Premium features (advanced search, direct messaging, visibility boosts) are paid.

2. Refund Conditions

• Payments are generally non-refundable once processed.
• Exception: where required under applicable laws or specific promotional terms.

3. Refund Requests

• Initiate refund request to info@mymatrimony.com within 7 days with transaction ID.
• Processing takes 7–15 business days.

4. Service Suspension

• We may suspend accounts for policy violation without refund.
